If you use our Platform, the data that you (and your customers) submit as you use our Platform will be governed by the applicable user agreement, and as required by law.
For the purposes of our Policy, when we refer to "you" or to a "customer" we mean any past, current or prospective customer of Your Freedom Project, including any visitor to one of our Sites.
What Information Do We Collect?
We may collect personal information from you such as your name, phone number, address, e-mail address, Shaklee PWS, personal profile photo and social media profiles. For example, you may voluntarily submit personal information to Your Freedom Project by taking our free trial, registering for a webinar, downloading an ebook or submitting a help contact form.
In addition, upon making purchases, you will be asked to create a user profile, which would allow you to create a username and password. We will store the username, but your password will not be visible in our records.
Information We Collect from Others:
We may receive information about you from other sources. For example, if you use a third-party software through the site, they may transfer information to us for fulfillment.
Automatically-Collected Information:
We automatically collect certain information about you and the device with which you access Your Freedom Project. For example, when you use Your Freedom Project, we will log your IP address, operating system type, browser type, referring website, pages you viewed, and the dates/times when you accessed the website. Disclosures Made by You within Forums or Groups
If you use a Facebook group, bulletin board, blog, comment or discussion forum or chat room made available on a site, you should be aware that any personally identifiable information you submit there can be read, collected, or used by other users of these forums, and could be used to send you unsolicited messages, and could be potentially searchable through search engines. We are not responsible for the potential misuse by third parties of any personally identifiable information that you choose to submit in these various forums.

We use reasonable and diligent efforts to maintain accurate information on our customers, and have adopted and implemented reasonable industry standard security procedures to protect any such information collected. We constantly monitor our systems, which are protected using industry-standard security measures.
Although Your Freedom Project will use reasonable efforts to secure network communications and our sites, we cannot guarantee that the information submitted to, maintained on, or transmitted from our systems will be completely secure.
Tracking
Your Freedom Project uses various marketing tools that help us create a better user experience for people visiting our site. These tools allow us to look at aggregated data such as scrolling patterns, clicks, and allow us to run tests to determine which pages result in the best actions. Email and Newsletters
Your Freedom Project uses a 3rd party commercial e-mail service provider. Their system collects contact information, distributes our emails and newsletters, and tracks actions you take that assist us in measuring the performance of the website, emails and newsletters. Our emails and newsletters contain tracking pixels. This pixel is embedded in e-mails and allows us an analysis of the success of our emails and newsletters. Because of these tracking pixels, we may see if and when you open an e-mail and which links within the e-mail you click. This behavior is not passed to third-parties. All data submitted at the time of subscription to our newsletter is stored on the 3rd party's secure servers. At any time, you may be removed from our email list by clicking on the unsubscribe button provided in each e-mail.
Push Notifications
Your Freedom Project uses a 3rd party push notification system to notify you when we have new updates, upcoming events and other helpful information. Their system collects user information from your browser, and tracks actions you take that assist us in measuring the performance of the notification system.
Use of Widgets
We may provide widgets on our Sites that make it possible to share information on third-party platforms. These widgets do not store your personally identifiable information. Our Sites may also include social media features, such as the Facebook® or Pinterest® button and similar widgets. To the extent we use these Features, they may collect your IP address, which page you are visiting on our site, and may set a cookie to enable the Feature to function properly. Social media Features and widgets are either hosted by a third party or hosted directly on our Site. Your interactions with these Features are governed by the privacy statement of the company providing the Feature or widget.

Your Freedom Project contains links to other sites. Please be aware that Your Freedom Project is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such other sites. Rights Related to your Personal Data
Opt-out: You may opt-out of future e-mail communications by following the unsubscribe links in our e-mails. You may also notify us to be removed from our mailing list.
