How the refund policy works:
You have 7 days after your payment to contact us and let us know that you're not able to attend the course.
We'll exchange for a course of equal or lesser price that you can attend at a later date.
You can also exchange for another product or service of equal or lesser value.

You'll have 7 days after your payment to contact us and let us know that you're not able to continue with the coaching and we'll exchange for a course of equal or lesser price. Or register you for coaching for another date.

Custom Designs
We offer limited refunds for custom work if you choose not to accept one of our design proposals.

You'll have 48 hours after you've paid the 50% down payment to contact us and let us know you'd like to stop the project and we'll exchange for a product or service of equal or lesser value.
Please Note: Once you approve our design proposal we will no longer offer an exchange.
Our focus will be to get it right. However, we will fix any small errors or make minor changes that are less than 1 hour of work - free of charge.

If you're not satisfied for any reason with the domain you've purchased, you have 3 days to request either a new one or get a full refund.
If you change your mind after this point, we'll exchange your name for a new domain at a reduced price.

How the refund policy works:
Because we hire staff based on hours you request, if you've paid for hours that you have not used you may bank the hours. However, we do not offer a refund or allow you to exchange your hours for another product or service.
You will be required to allow your VA team to deliver the hours you've paid for.
If however, we made a mistake we wil re-do your task and we may reduced hours billed or not bill you at all to re-do the work. We'll review this on a case by case basis.
